Pre-Listing Inspections

A Pre-Listing Inspection allows you to see your house through the eyes of potential buyers. Knowing areas of potential concern allows you to fix the problem at your own pace and not when a sale hinges on the action.

A Pre-Listing Inspection will also:

- highlight immediate safety issues. Tripping hazards for instance should be corrected before you have agents and visitors touring your house.

- permit you to hire reasonably priced contractors, make repairs yourself or determine that you will not be making the repair. Perceived defects will not become a negotiating point later.

- may encourage the buyer to waive their own Home Inspection
